Here is what he/she says about our State Flag and Seal, by the way (in response to criticism of one of the “redesigns” he made)
I know text should not be placed on flags but this just gets it out there in the open. The monthly popularity contest on Facebook dumped WV in last of 6 places when judged against Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Crazy result, because West Virginia have the blue border and it can be located fairly well in the family of US seal flags. However the seal is out dated. IMHO horrid. Setting aside digital artwork and mild revisions it's still the same as in the 1860/s 1870's. I'm clocking on for finding about 170 redesigns that are suitable. That's not very many. Nothing like last months 550 designs for Pennsylvania. If anyone has more designs they want to be considered, that are not already easily searchable then please add a link below.
