Is this inflammatory breast cancer? Details in comment

I’m 21 years old, and have a family history of hormonal problems and various cancers, but no breast cancer. I had a large swollen lymph node under my armpit that went down, but the discoloration has stayed persistent for a month. At its lightest it’s mildly red, but it turns wacky shades of purple with small marks that kind of look like capillaries. There is also a giant vein on my breast that wasn’t there before, and pain in my underarm, rib, and breast itself.

I’ve received two ultrasounds and all they say is that my underarm lymph nodes are a tad swollen but “look ok” and to see my general practitioner. I see her again tomorrow, and I’m going to beg for a breast mri.

Nobody is taking me seriously because of my age and I’m kind of at a loss. My insurance is low income through the state, so I have to do everything through my gp. I’m really scared this is inflammatory breast cancer. Does anyone have advice? Thank you in advance.
