Tiffany Haddish Says She ‘Deeply Regrets’ Skit That Led To Child Sex Abuse Lawsuit

It is a legitimate question! I have reconsidered some of the movies I saw as a kid through the lens of an adult, and it made me question a lot of what we thought was acceptable back in the day.

I grew up in the 90s and remember renting a movie called Kids that was considered edgy at the time, and that a lot of kids wanted to see because it depicted drug use and skateboarding, and it also had a ton of nudity by underage teenagers. I didn’t question that at the time. Now I’m horrified on behalf of the teenagers who starred in that movie; I’d hope people today are not dumb enough to think the sexualization of children and teenagers on film is “edgy.” But back in the day, no one really worried about or thought about child abuse the same way we do today.
