Different records will have different sorts of buyers, and I would think that minimizing shipping whenever possible is a good thing. You might consider setting a limit on value for what you will ship.

Also, the best thing is generally finding someone willing to pay for the lot and pick it up. If you could swing that, you'd have almost no work to do other than making the original listing and dealing with the buyer.
