Yes, I am trying to roll over my 401K from my old employer. I live over seas. Last time I was home in Florida I walked into a Fidelity office and told the person I would need help soon (hadn’t left my old job at that point) and they gave me their number, email, etc. I had some phone calls with them when I got back and then they stopped answering my calls or emails. Next I spoke to someone on Ryan Patrick’s team who spent an hour with me and my old 401K company on the phone, I had a form to fill out that he said he would help me fill out. Then 2 weeks ago he ghosted me too, no answers to voice mail or email. Don’t want to give all my personal details on Reddit, if you can DM me we can discuss.
