Legal performance enhancing substances?

It's what's called a grey area. Just because of somethings legalilty does not mean it's safe. Many legal things are legal because they havn't been made illegal yet.

Many illegal things have been banned despite their effectiveness.

The reality is it's safer and you'll get less side effects with responsible steroid use, compared to using grey market pro-hormones from GNC.

"responsible" use includes minimum of 5 years training naturally, how to diet for bulking and cutting, being lean, and being at or near genetic max: Then knowing exactly what each substance does in which dose, how long to take it for and how to deal with the side effects, and when to come off and how to take PCT.

Irresponsible use is "taking 3 of these blue pills, doing 10 sets on everything, and eating 5000 calories a day till for 6 months or you're 250lbs" those are the guys that end up with liver problems, dick problems, anger problems, acne, excess fat, look like hippo, and don't keep their gains.

I would actually advise you don't use any supplements except for creatine and caffine and standard multi vitamins. You will make fucking great gains and recomp if you're actually eating 200g protein/meat a day without shakes and eating clean with veg/rice/carbs low-ish fat.

There's a few herbal remedies and appetite supressants you might find on the high street for fat loss, that are generally "ok" to use, but most of them just contain absurdly high amounts of caffine and sexy marketing lables which are overhyped. Appetite suppressants work for making dieting easier, they don't diet for you.
