Lol this is a few seconds of animation from 2011, this is not some huge production from 1950 or something. This could have easily been made by a student in a couple of weeks. I was in college for 3D animation at the time this came out, any one of the people I graduated with had the skills to make something like this on their own.

Skinny Bob is not some highly advanced thing, haha. It's just a model that's been rigged, skinned and animated with some filter grain thrown on top. They purposefully made it dark to cover up a lot of detail :)
