Plus the very few psych classes you had to take to get into medical school were broad spectrum coverage of psychology as a whole. You would also know that a brief over view of one instance in someones personality does not make them a diagnosiable sociopath. You are right it would be conduct disorder this does not mean she would later be diagnosed as a sociopath though. People with conduct disorder or more known as ASPD aren't always sociopaths.
