I just played through the opening chapter and it ran pretty well. There was some stuttering here. Frame rates during combat were steady @ 70-80 with all epic settings and 4k display on. I turned off ray tracing, that was it.

Granted I'm running on a higher end pc w a 4090 but the experience was pretty good and no day 1 patch as far as I know.

Didn't experience the CPU bottleneck I saw a lot of pre release posts. My GPU was in the upper 90s, CPU was 40-50.

Just my experience so far for what it's worth. Could always be better and I expect it to be better optimized in the near future, but the game is definitely playable, looks good while doing it, and I had a lot of fun for the first two hrs.
