Yeah. It really sucks. There’s so much antiquated stuff you’re supposed to just swallow and grin.

(Rants follows)....I will say what also sucks is when you get a joint bill or credit card—water, gas, HOA, mortgage, insurance, even your own car at the dealership that he doesn’t ever drive, and you try to be primary and they 100% of the time make him primary. Even if you establish the account on your own and add him later, he becomes primary. I could cry angry livid tears right here and now and I’ve been happily married for ages. I never get used to it or have it bother me any less. The only way Ive found around this is by putting some stuff in my name only. Oh and Discover card is the literally the only exception. Love them
