Keep steadfast.

Imagine if I made a house rule, be naked or don't work here. Where do you draw the line between being naked and wearing hijab? There are laws.

An employer ACTUALLY doesn't have the right to fire an employee because they won't get naked, that's called sexual harassment.

So this case you can't say "just don't work there". Its your right to work there actually.

Rights are meant to protect people from other's authority. You have a Right, therefore power which in a Democracy is a "the majority of people" shouldn't have that right to decide for the minority what should or shouldn't be right on a personal level. If you want to hire someone, you should respect that individuals choices of fashion, as long as it doesn't inhibit day to day business.

A cashier or office worker with a hijab causes 0% harm or problems for their workplace. Use common sense. Use your brain.
