Kyle is 90% in the RIGHT

It's tricky because normally it would be pretty clear-cut to say Kyle, as Carl's boss, is in the wrong talking about Carl's addiction & work performance with a group of mutual friend's and acquaintances.

However, they are on a show where they're specifically airing this stuff out. The audience is familiar with these issues. Nothing Kyle said was news to anyone who has been watching. But there is a time and place to do it and in the middle of a restaurant when everyone is half in the bag is not the right place. Even if he is just venting, he's the boss, he needs to recognize that the cameras are on and all this does reflect poorly on him, even if he's right. It's a no-win situation for him to start airing it all out, especially when Carl isn't even present.

That said, Danielle really didn't need to jump into it and poke the bear. Kyle was already moving past it when she spoke up and decided to bring it all out again, specifically mentioning Carl's salary, which I'm SURE Carl wouldn't appreciate. Time and place, and this wasn't it.
