Again, going to disagree here because the employees in question were mostly in compliance with guidelines. The science even shows how effective masks are compared to various other methods in preventing the spread of covid. Everyone should be held to the same standard here. The key issue is of course what these employees do outside of work, but the same goes for everyone on the project (as can be seen with Robert Pattinson getting covid on the set of Batman). It doesn’t seem reasonable to explode like this when the person exploding does things in violation of guidelines, different job or otherwise. My main issue isn’t these people violating guidelines, it’s the differing treatment they get compared to others on the project working in a different capacity.
