You send the payment in BTC for that amount, at current market prices ($2.00 we'll check at each transaction.) Once the BTC payment has been confirmed, which can take up to 30 minutes or 3 confirmations. I'll send the XTZ, which will transfer fairly quickly. Then we can proceed with a larger transaction, whatever you are comfortable with. Until you have purchased all the XTZ you want.
