Is Never Say Never again worth it?

It’s basically off-brand James Bond that stars Sean Connery making it even weirder. The most jarring thing is seeing Connery as Bond but then there’s no Bond theme or other actors from the franchise and then the film soundtrack sounds like 80s softcore.

The funny thing is that a lot of the film is actually pretty enjoyable, Connery actually seems to be having more fun in the role than he did in Diamonds Are Forever, and he looks in better shape. So it’s cheesy, but it’s worth seeing for the sheer fact that such a movie was made in the first place. Like imagine if Michael Keaton had decided to appear in a competing Batman film made when The Dark Knight came out.
