I'm just saying, if her breasts are bigger than her head, there's probably an unnecessary degree of sexualization. Obviously not always - there may be women like that in real life and they deserve respect - but it is absurdly common in fanart. There is a fine line indeed between sexual empowerment for women and content that is made for the male gaze; perhaps it's best we acknowledge that.

Art - whether it means to or not - can create unreal expectations and standards. It may be harmful, for both men and women, to propogate such unusual proportions as something not just commonplace but ideal.

But then, the individual is responsible for managing themselves, and recognizing that art is simply fictional. And censorship can only go so far before it becomes faultier than the problems it paves over. It would be a slippery slope to discourage art that seems, in one way or another, vaguely sexual.

That said, I think it's a good thing for commenters to acknowledge, preferably in a mature manner, the unusual proportions often present in said art. I would hope that this helps impressionable minds - both young and old - better understand the demarcation between fiction and reality.
