This aqua on white fabric and white on navy fabric might do the trick. This other navy one is similar to the first two. This one is a little more christmasy (though technically there are red juniper berries!).

Hope that helps! If you want it to look exactly like your photo (blue berries, green evergreen boughs) you might have to spring for the spoonflower print. Any way you can work in the juniper fabric to the front of the quilt without using it as the whole backing? That way you could just get a half a yard or a yard.
