What are some things that people claim happen all the time, but you've never seen?

Once I was at Johnson Space Center and our tram tour stopped at Rocket Park. Everyone else went into the Saturn V exhibit, I looked around, saw no one was going into the restrooms, and decided to hit up the men's john before it got crowded and do a little blasting off of my own. A few stalls were taken, so I went into the wheelchair stall, knowing everyone else was elsewhere in Rocket Park.

However, as I'm halfway through, I see a wheelchair pull up to the door and an obviously handicapped man wailing to his female caretaker. "I can't hold it! It's coming ouuuuuut!" She tried to reassure him that they'd just have to wait. I felt miserable for him. I hastily stopped what I was doing and opened the door, pants half-down, ushering him in. The man was obese and had the look of someone who lived in an assisted living facility. As the door closed, I could hear her struggling with transferring his girth to the commode. Thought about offering to help, but I felt it appropriate to give them some... space.
