I’m overwhelmed

As a guy even though I would do everything right and was not slow the girls always would try to guide me through what I was doing. I straight up would ignore them and pretend they weren’t saying what they would to me. I Worked at 3 facilities over 3 years due to covid and stuff and nurses and management were cool to me but other aides just gossip and are hostile. I’d just say be positive, stay on your toes always watching out for the residents, and don’t let anyone be a jerk just ask what they would do and learn from it. Lil fyi some people are bullies and are miserable in general and take it out on others. I had people telling me I needed to do the hoyer myself when I first started. that’s not even normal. Hope everything works out!
