At my store there is nothing for the cashier to do besides clean the treat wall and that had been done. I have done nothing different than any other cashier or anything different than i have done any other night closing with any other manager. Most nights i read a book and that’s not an issue. I still do my job and i do not ignore customers and half the customers that walk through the door do not even say hello back or acknowledge me. He has specifically targeted me and multiple other people have said something about it. It has been brought to the attention of our store leader before and nothing has been done about it. It’s extremely uncomfortable to be there when he is there without any other manager and i mean when they work together he could say that i did anything he wants to say. And she’s obviously going to back him up. And that creates a hostile work environment.
