I read about this from Evolutamente (a little heavy but go 1/4 way down to NLRP3, Melatonin and inflammasomes). I saw it all the way back in March and decided to buy some melatonin then. Anyway I was working around patients who are heavily suspected to have the virus and not long after that I started coming down with something myself.

Seems it is the virus, I started getting chest pain and slight constriction alongside fever and some other symptoms. I took my melatonin on the second day and within one day all chest issues are completely gone despite still feeling the fever effects and other symptoms quite strongly. No chest pain, constriction or congestion now.
