Alright, so our first task is to clean up the group - lots of members in the group have been there since the group's original creation - It's doubtful that they all still need help.

This spreadsheet matches each currently signed-up mentor to 7-9 non-mentors. If you were pinged by this message but your Steam name is not listed as a mentor in the spreadsheet, reply here. As consolation, you won't need to do any of the cleanup work.

About this project:

This cleanup project will last for about a week to give members an opportunity to respond. Around this time next week (Saturday, June 13, 2015) I will post up another roll call for a status check. Once this is out of the way we'll start matching mentors to members by their time zone and availability, and we can finally get this ball rolling.

Once again, this is just a cleanup project. These are not necessarily your students yet (unless you want them to be) - once we get students' availability information we'll be able to make better matches.

Instructions:

We would like each of you to contact your assigned members, introduce yourselves and ask:

1. Are you a mentor? If yes, contact one of the group admins to get your moderator status in the group.
2. If not, are you interested in mentoring or being a student? (Note their response in the spreadsheet by right-clicking and leaving a comment.)

If they want to be a mentor, direct them to the Mentor sign-up sheet

If they want to be a student, direct them to the Student sign-up sheet

If neither, kindly ask them to leave. If they don't, let us know.
