I blame all the False & Misleading info about how to operate. U/Daltesean was the one that nailed it for me. He got me so close to perfect that it was so easy to dial it in from there with each mod. Manufactures I believe are laughing at us with those as sine recommends to burn out the heaters so we buy more? Look at how the Mole exploded with problems , as it took U/Dabbercrombie to find and try & fix it. Now that's to be expected when I got the mole it was cheap & I knew it was an experiment and to me a disposable.

Now when the rest of these guys sell us defective stuff , (mostly unknowingly that they got a bad batch) they tell us we broke it & buy another sorry law says no returns, lol. (plenty of defective heaters for the QC Cups but no warnings, no returns. Funny when I was in business and my company shipped me defective, I SHIPPED IT BACK and got new fixed boards and passed it on to my customers for free. They already paid for it once. I find this industry a Disgrace ! :>( sorry Really for the $1 it cost China to remake what I pay ($15 X 3 Defective Flat Plat QC Heaters) would be the last time my company dealt with them if I wanted to stay in business. Pathetic!
