Is the moviepass debit card considered income or a gift? Do you technically have to pay taxes on it?

Think about what you're saying for a minute. If using moviepass to buy stuff is illegal because it violates the TOS, then every other violation of the TOS would also be illegal. That includes: 1. Buying a ticket at the counter, instead of a kiosk. (TOS 2.14, 2.6, and 2.17x) 2. Buying a ticket for a show that has already started. (TOS 2.6) 3. Earning theater loyalty points from your purchase (TOS 2.7 viii) 4. Leaving the movie before it has ended (TOS 2.7 ix) 5. Giving away a ticket to somebody else (TOS 1.5)

According to you, every one of those would be a crime because you'd be using the card for a purpose not allowed, and therefore stealing. Does that sound logical to you? Use some common sense.
