unfortunately there isn’t much to do here. Your jungler needs to recognize that he needs to vertical shaco or invade when they are full clearing faster. Or counter ganking the shaco if they are doing the fast level 3 gank with red buff. So here is a few things you can do. Pop shaco boxes for his early clear. Usually there will be boxes at the entry of raptors and shaco will be placing boxes to clear raptors quickly. If you walk up to invade or pop his boxes then his whole timing of clearing is very delayed. The other option is to ping for the enemy jungler to invade the red buff. Shaco has a lack luster level 1 due to only taking boxes and forced to place boxes in specific locations to clear. Google where the boxes typically are and play around them. Taking the red and having your jungler dual the enemy shaco puts him behind. Your jungler needs to play nid, lee sin, Elise or anything that can out dual the shaco early. This will allow him to invade his red and take the rest of his camps. Forcing the shaco to play on back foot. A lot of beating shaco is on your jungler. The other option is to let the enemy laner shove your wave. This is imo the safest and best option. You play ornn only last hit the wave and stop pushing it. Your probably shoving the wave with out knowing it and setting your self up for a gank. Play weak side till you know the shaco has to be pathing bot for his blue. At your mmr people are poor at wave management. Just learning that alone will make a massive difference in climbing. Also learning jungle timers. Sadly you can’t control your jungler but you can ping to invade or hey get there blue buff they are sitting top to gank me.
