Sorry to reply to this thread; but I thought it was the easiest way to address the mods, as posting in the main timeline will address GESOMETAL, first, whom I share the same feeling with on this subject matter.
First to the MOD"S". Thank you. I believe that this place is full of a diverse group of people from all backgrounds. We all love BABYMETAL in our own way. Sometimes this expression of our fandom & love is expressed differently due to age, geography, standard of living and cultural differences. For the moderators, we know it is impossible to keep everyone happy. I thank you again for the hard work for the tough decisions you been putting into these past few weeks. The rules you were putting down are basically the unsaid rules the community has developed since the release of the album and when this sub started flourishing. Nothing really has changed, except the bickering of that we have rules written down. These rules were needed to maintain order as we expand.
Now that we have a clear line that has been drawn, there were some including myself who were sad to see the limits of the "no piracy" but "streaming is allowed" rule pushed. I do feel bad for anyone who felt it was a personal attack, as I honestly felt it was never a personal attack, but a "Is this what we want to do as a community?" stance regarding the defined rules.
Thank you again to GESOMETAL for putting time into explaining what is going on in the industry. It was shocking to get confirmation that people involved in BABYMETAL are aware of the activities of foreign fans, who try to accommodate us. (Now I look back, the lotto for overseas people does seem like our cries of trying to deal with the tenso hack were heard. The timing was almost too strange.) Your words really did put into perspective the hurdles BABYMETAL is trying to overcome.
I am going to leave out what my opinion on what should be allowed and what not off the tables, as my feelings on this subject matter run very deep. (I am someone who saw his livelihood and industry fall apart years ago). I am hoping that this conversation we are having based on what we know now will only make the future of BABYMETAL fandom better.
As a fan it is our time to watch over them and endure with them.

I do believe in my heart of hearts, BABYMETAL fans have two motto's to end all debates, and to soldier on in the Metal Resistance.
