Pit tickets..... no. The Pit is reserved for The One members.

What are Pit tickets? I thought you were talking about the pit in general, but it seems to be some kind of specific ticket category!?

Everything is by lottery, even The One tickets. "The One" lotteries are held first. Then a GA lottery is held, and then finally tickets are sold on a first come, first serve bases.

Damn, this is even alot more fucked than what i initially thought! I mean, i would totaly get if paying fanclub members had some kind of presale right before the actual ticket sale starts, but that they literally just raffle the tickets and in such big numbers that just the lottery can fill out an entire show..... Well, that's a little odd to say the least.....

Having a lottery instead of just selling the tickets doesn't quite fit my idea of a "better" system.....

then scalpers would get all the tickets, and you'd pay $300 for them anyway. At least now you have a chance to get them at $80.

oh my, how i love it: "This and that crazy bullshit is actually good, because it prevents ticket scalpers." You know what prevents ticket scalpers better than anything? If people just stoped buying tickets for a multiple of the original price. Yes, it could actually be THAT simple. The ticket scalpers aren't the problem, the problem are the people who are just too god damn stupid to NOT buy overpriced tickets. I've been to quite a few concerts and other events that had been sold out way before i had the chance to buy my ticket from the regular sale and not even once have i paid more than the original ticket price, so it's not like it's impossible.....
