This is a confusing (famously so), trait of Aquarius. They seem to care about (you) so much; but they only see you as part of humanity. The homeless person is just as important to them as their immediate family. I'm not kidding, this is the sign that will invite unfortunate, lonely people they befriended to their home. Which can be weird when you are growing up as a kid in an Aquarius' household.

You, as an individual, don't seem to fully register with them. But, the whole time, they are so friendly and "concerned".

I'm rambling. Aquarius is my 12th house. It is the energy I understand the absolute least. Which before I knew about houses, confused me, since I'm a Libra and I'm supposed to get along great with them.

Aquarius moon gives me the same non-committal but nurturing vibe. The ascendant does not, I get along pretty well with them.
