My problem is you read the post and think we are bullying our coworker.

When I say we all agree she smells, you think it’s all of us uniting against her and ostracizing her because of it.

I feel like we were all pretty polite about it. We didn’t make jokes about her or compare her to things that smell bad. We just noticed she has pit stains and body odor and said it out loud amongst ourselves.

Nobody made fun of her and we all agreed it was a delicate issue and needed to be handled like one.

It was not a mean girls style chat where we wanted to bully someone behind their back. It was all of us coming together and saying “How do we address this without hurting (coworker)’s feelings?”
