That sounds like an issue with the graphics driver or a service failure to start and kick back after the interval. But it's rare and I can't be sure. Can you try again, with a fresh installation?

In my head, I can only assume this can be an issue with the graphics driver as nothing else seems suspicious if you installed Void correctly! However, it also can be an issue regarding how you've make the bootable USB. I'd strongly recommend using Ventoy (https://github.com/ventoy/Ventoy/releases) then you don't need to create a bootable USB for Void, Ventoy will do everything and all you need to put the ISO file to the USB and then install it. If after this process, still fails, pretty much an issue with the graphics driver or GNOME installation.
