That is the dumbest freaking logic. No one, anywhere, is saying it's the entire race. Christ it's such an unbelievably idiotic assumption to think anyone, anywhere, ever, in the entire world, thinks it's every single person in the entire race. I can't quite emphasize just how insanely stupid someone has to be to think that anyone thinks it's the entire race. There's nothing I would bother shouting from a rooftop more than the idiotic premise that people mean every single person when they say something about a group of people. I'd get banned for what I really want to say, in terms of how stupid you are to make such an idiotic comment.

When people say the Nazis invaded Poland in 1939, they don't mean every single person that voted for the Nazi party invaded Poland. Got it? The elderly couple that was in a nursing home that voted for Hitler, didn't invade Poland. When someone says that White people in the US in the 1700-1800's held slaves, they don't mean every single White person owned a slave. When people say the KKK killed people, they don't mean every single KKK member killed at least one person. When people say Trump supporters protested at the Capitol on Jan 6th, they don't mean 74 million Trump supporters protested at the Capitol.

But here's the most important takeaway that you might need to have an adult explain to you. There are over 500 species of Shark. Out of that 500, there are only about a dozen man-eating Sharks. Out of that dozen, only a handful are aggressive and out of that handful, none of them like the taste of human flesh. But if you're swimming in the ocean and the lifeguard yells SHARK! SHARK! SHARK!, you'd be the first one to get out of the water.
