I believe there's no point to argue whether or not Bountiful core will have access to quadratic scaling.

OP tries to proof it with video, people don't believe it because it's coming from private server and that's totally understandable.

However, Kusanali Mains' "internal cooldown of 2 damage instances / 0.5 second" also mostly describe bloom, burgeon, and hyperbloom. Kusanali Mains didn't really specify if "Bountiful core" will be included in such description.

I personally have no idea who's gonna turn out being correct, but I'm still finding what OP brings to the table somewhat interesting while taking it with a grain of salt.

If I downvote and insult him right away just to find out later that Bountiful Core actually has access to quadratic scaling, that would be unfair to him and I would feel ashamed for doing so.
