We have to try them at home. Our stores connection even on personal computers is iffy, and sometimes won't connect. The store computers will connect to learning lounge but won't work right with Apple.

So I actually did my first 4 hour at home and even then some of the apple side stuff I would finish and it would say success close out, then it would not give me credit and an error...waste of 30min.

TBH the whole process is buggy. You can go through all the learning lounge stuff and pass it without even reading the stuff, based on common sense of basic communication, plus trial and error. The Apple side of things though, they should have worked that out better. Even if we had the time to do it, there is always a technical issue. This should have been rolled out months ago along with having all the kinks worked out.

I'm a full time ARA that also goes to school in the middle of midterms, so to say it's mildly frustrating is an understatement.
