Norton updated my account with my new credit card to renew subscription.

My bank replaced me with a new credit card inclusive new credit card number/details a couple of months ago. I have not submitted the new credit card details to Norton but Norton has debited $144.99 from my account. without my consent via the old credit card. I have not submitted the new credit card details ending with number via their website so I am wondering why my bank did not approach me first, to authorise this transaction. I feel this is in breach of customer care and as far as I'm concerned, Norton have fraudulently debited my account without my consent/authorisation but with the consent of my bank. Can someone give me their thoughts & how to go about sorting this problem. My account details on the Norton website still have the old credit card number. This is fraud I believe.
