You know, I'm sure all of that's true. I don't doubt it, one bit.
I don't have any experience with you product. I never said it couldn't be better. I said it might well be better, in fact.
I didn't draw any direct comparison between the two because I haven't used both.
I didn't compare your customer service to theirs because I've not ordered from either company.
I never suggested someone should buy specifically from either company, though I did suggest that people should seek out the user experience provided by either shifter should they have the chance to get one.
CSIO started out great. They communicated, were getting products out and they were working, minus a few hiccups. It wasn't too long after that their many customer service issues arose and became sketchy. I had resigned myself to not getting one until someone offered their shifter for sale BNIB. Your product wasn't know to me at the time or it hadn't been offered. I don't remember.
Sorry about the long rant, but I hate it when the Mega Shifter is compared to the SKRS as if the Mega Shifter might be "as good" as the SKRS. The SKRS is inferior in just about every way.
You could have left that part off. The facts of your product do plenty to distinguish your product's specs from the SKRS. Just the fact that you're delivering what you promise in a timely manner is enough to separate you from CSIO right now. I hope you can keep that up because the general idea is great and I'm sure your product is very nice.
But if even you feel the need to call your post a rant and that even some marginal apology is necessary, maybe phrase your post differently. I understand your frustration but if you want to entice me to be your customer in the future, complaining about how I said your shifter "might be 'as good'" when I said it's likely that it is, if not even better, is no way to do that.
I don't mind you replying to my post to add in the ways your shifter is different or better than CSIO. I don't have any love for CSIO as a company. You're not bothering me. Just then don't act like I questioned the quality of your work when I made no statement doing such. Put words in my mouth and I won't put money in your wallet.
