I'd be happy writing a primer on intellectual property. I get annoyed at the lack of education surrounding the topic. That 'copyright' and 'trademark' isn't clarified, with some sellers using both terms as if they are the same thing drives me crazy. I can't correct each post without sounding like a pedantic PINA so the misinformation continues.

I'd also be happy writing a primer over the ramifications of being banned. So many people think they can just open a new shop when their current one is shut down, contributes the problem. If they know it's virtually impossible to return, I think they would think twice about their Harry Potter and Pokémon t-shirts.
