That we would separate our population completely from the rest of humanity until we could no longer interbreed. The plan was to wait for infants to be born carrying some kind of deformity or mutation. This was important because it'd make us visibly different and enforce divide between us and the rest of humanity. Once a worthy mutation occurred we were supposed to breed it into our lines over and over until a majority of our population shared the desired trait. In the end we would become something totally different and therefore it fuels a divide between us and humanity. This is important because after he'd died and we'd died we needed to make sure there was no returning to humanity. The idea of breeding in a mutation was his idea to make us so different it would manipulate human nature to distrust and persecute our people. He said it himself many times. In order for speciation to occur you must isolate the population first. He also spoke a lot of how our differences will bring persecution to our people and how the Isle of Skye would be promised land our of our unborn civilization.

We would be known as the people who turned their backs on the inevitable doom of humanity to become something greater. A species that wouldn't be bound by the moral obligations or social pressures of today's humanity. We'd become our own gods and own creators.
