I'm not sure if you're paying attention here but the original point was that the second amendment doesn't guarantee the right to bear any and all arms. There are limitations on which arms you can and can not own.

I pointed out that state has the right to ban certain weapons also unless it had been ruled unconstitutional. Which it has not.
