Online stain/diagnosis checker?

After using an rna seq tumor origin service I am pretty confident that we will be doing less ihc in the future. This service matches the quantitative expression profile of your tumor to a database and spits out likely diagnoses by probability. It is very useful in cases of cancer of unknown primary and it usually lines up with our suspicions and IHC. As we all know ihc has limitations. For now it is a “research only” supplement and it has many limitations especially cost and time. But I expect this tech to become mainstream when NGS comes down in TAT, cost, etc. I think we will just be using morphology and general Ihc stains to determine if we are sequencing the right tissue then go from there.

Just my opinion; brought this up because the service I use pretty much does what OP is looking for as a one stop shop (it is included in the regular molecular package that the oncologists are looking for).
