I am pretty sure this is confirmation bias on my part, and a quick perusal of the front page agrees with this, but when I think about the typical /r/patientgamers post, what comes to mind is some form of “This beloved game is bad, actually,” or posters looking for permission to stop playing a game that isn’t clicking with them. Again, I know this isn’t true, but I often feel like this sub functions as an excuse to repeat the same arguments against Game X ad nauseum. (And just for good measure, let’s not forget about the “I have too many games to play” and “I just can’t get into a game lately” posts).

Not really going anywhere with this. Just something I’ve noticed about my own thought patterns regarding this sub.
