As a super late state cold war player myself (278, nearly all buildings maxed), I find the rebalance slightly annoying on offense because I now have to be more careful.

On defense, I love it, as it makes my base that much harder to take out. I've actually not had a single person actually wipe me in months, and only 1 person has thrown their entire army at me in the past 4 weeks (they failed miserably).

I don't war, got burned out long ago, so any and all war changes are a "don't care" for me.

I can understand why a lower age / level player would not like this rebalance, it makes it that much harder to grind their way up to the level I'm at.
