6 months in, working as an apprentice in a manufacturing facility.

Here's my log for this week.

27th August Saturday 10 and a half hour shift to finalise and finish off the installation of inspection lights in the benchtops outfit area. Ran the switch wire for the switch terminated cables and lights ran corrugated conduit for the supply feed wired relay wired 10A RCD and tested operation. Most of the day was spent on the EWP. Drilling tapping fixing conduit fixing cable to cable trays terminating cables terminating low voltage cables testing for live and dead sources.

25.8 0.22 Thursday Complete wiring for exhaust fans in welding bay. Saddles concrete drilling EWP conduit fixing and junction box terminations.

24.8.22 Wednesday Introduction to Zelios software and PLC programming with x and x.

Work on Baz 722 drives with x.

23.8.22 Tuesday Tested and took apart a faulty motor tested the resistance of the windings check bearings check insulation.

Slow day otherwise organised my work bench and the tool bag replenish fixing supplies.

Drew upper schematic and a wiring diagram for the benchtops lights that I'm putting up I'm going to be using a 10amp RCD and relay.

22.8.22 Mon Put up lights in inspection area in UV. Total number of lights 16. Ran cables for the 16 lights in a parallel configuration.
