I am pretty easily getting mass but don't keep it long - i get attacked by some clan/team that shoot me and eat while i am usually alone. I do try to make friends but it is not often case when your followers really help you - usually they just use you for own gain, though i had a good friends that sacrificed themselves for me but it is much different than organized teams. Or i myself start doing stupid mistakes and lose it. Also to me it become too boring - you move soo slow, i more like to be active.

Not sure if it is be useful but my tactic is: 1) When i am small i always fly zigzag way, so if someone splits at me he could not predict which side. 2) I always remember where are viruses so i could hide behind them, if needed create them. 3) When someone shoot me with viruses i shoot him back immediately so at least he maybe will run away, or i will get some of him. 4) I shoot with viruses only when have no chance to escape, and usually don't shoot first because they will revenge you. 5) When someone chase me i don't run and just stand behind some viruses and try to show that i can shoot if he will for after me. Some prefer not to risk and walk away, but not always, i had some stalkers. 6) I feed smallers in case they will be friends, but i watch their behavior, they can betray you. 7) When i am big i try to find nice spot where i can be hidden and just sit quietly not wandering and just waiting while your blobs come there first, usually i sit in the corner, so you don't have to split to eat someone but just drive into a corner. And where are viruses - yes they could be use against you but also otherwise. 8) It is hard imagine but am trying to be nice, in my opinion the more aggressive you are the more aggression you attract to yourself. And i don't like to use tricks with a bait - to throw feed and then eat them. I remember when that was not so common you could make friends with that, but now people know that it is just trick and sometimes when i am trying to make friend feeding him he run away like if some ghost came after him. But that is just mine own thing.
