It was Ivica Culjak, ex Yugoslav punk rocker... He was and still is quite controversial... He performed shock punk, something like GG Allin... Doubt you will like it... Neither do I much the extreme part of it... Was curious and interested in his tragic life... He had very high IQ, and was so talented for art, song writing, he also wrote poems and painted... But he killed guy in something like self defence, finished in mental asylum, and died in Yugoslav war, also in controversial way... They say he was drugged by authorities and sent there to die... Sry for so long explanation, but you asked me, and think I couldn't answer you in shorter way, especially cuz there isn't much literature online in English about him...
