Weapons:
ARs. Nightshade by default.
DMRs. Bishop by default.
'Homing EMP' and impact grenade.
Homing EMP: an automated EMP that will seek out the closest threat. If it hit an enemy, EMP status for 3 seconds. If there is a C4 or mine, it will destroy them. 65 sec cooldown, 15 health. First upgrade is movement speed, second upgrade extends EMP status to 5 seconds.
Perks: 3 speed, 2 toughness.
Rare: Bounce back, Life line and Tracker rounds.
Epic: Evade, Tenacity and Blaster.
Legendary: Gunsmith and

Ability:
Balancing:
Ability/Swarm will be visible, and make a fluttering noise when activated. The ability will consist of 5 drones that will hover above/near enemy equipment. The drones drones noise and visuals, will make them easier to spot/destroy. If the Swarm is successful in hacking enemies equipment, it is now vulnerable to enemy Gl1tch hacks.
Passive/"Upgrades!", I tried to make them versatile, but not overpowered. Also limiting the upgrade tier to only effect one perk, should keep the rogue from being OP (at least from a perk standpoint). Blaster would only effect impact grenade for certain, but also explosives that have been made friendly via the ability.
Homing EMP will only attack one item/enemy. It will not have an AOE, and can only hit things accessible from the floor/ground, nothing on walls or high up. Homing EMP and Swarm ability will have an on screen HUD symbols similar to Umbra's spider to help enemies spot them, when they are near.
