If something was delisted, it would be longer than something that can fit in an iPhone's screen capture. There would also be a confidentiality thing on there from Sony, because your "buddy" shouldn't be showing this to people as it would cost him his job.

Will the vita be discontinued in America? Yes, but not today. Not tomorrow. And honestly, I highly doubt it'll even be this year. Yes, the vita does poorly here, but Sony isn't going to pull the plug on it yet. When Sony does pull the plug, we won't hear about it first from a Reddit user with little to no credibility with a screen shot of an email no professional person would send out as an official "delist" email.
