Please leave the Classic Legendaries alone.

I am angry about these proposed changes- on many levels. Keeping a game fresh is a great idea, but I have zero confidence whatsoever in the ability of the development team to not mess this up. That is because the game developers have shown a consistent track record of extremely poor playbalancing, and developing nonsensical metas despite clear protestations of the community. Jade, Dr. 7, Mysterious Challenger, and Patches were all huge meta-defining foulups. These mistakes could abd should have been immediately remedied on week 1 with the appropriate minor nerfs. But the developers instead chose to "fix" those mistakes by simply releasing even more broken cards that players would switch to instead. In other cases there were fixes like Warsong that made cards RIP.

And I would like to remind Ben that we were promised that Basic and Classic cards were here to stay for good in standard. So now you are saying you are either going to A: break your promise, or B: pull some shady "it depends on your definition of the word 'the' "-type semantics and break ultimately your promise anyways by going around that by nerfing classic cards into being unplayable.

So Ben, you are now saying you are breaking a promise to the community, and TBH I don't think that's cool.

Also, I have to ask, why are you even making public comment implying Azure Drake is going to be RIP soon? Do you honestly believe nerfing Azure Drake should be a priority over nerfing patches, jade idol, or the 4 cost 7/7? I haven't heard anybody ever bitch about seeing azure drakes frequently. Where are your priorities and what are you thinking? You are talking about spending your time pruning the bushes in the backyard while the rest of the house is burning down.

Please for the love of god, just leave the basic and classic cards as they are, and deal with the main issues right in front of you!
