2. Has reports prior to event with the official Pokemon league
3. Hundreds from different shops happy to see him go
4. Google reviews from the current shop about him pop up
5. He was banned at an event out of country for his actions
6. The Team he followed and harassed are not from him region. They are from an entirely different state
7. Northwest officially investigated and found he violated community standards and officially stripped his status and banned him

He's toxic, has a trail of being toxic. Stop defending him it's disgusting.
