Cheap shot is amazing against bruisers and tanks. Ionian boots is my personal preference with this build but obviously you can switch to ninja tabis or mercs if needed. Don't think the standard boots of mobility will be necessary with the magical footwork bonus movement speed (+10) + the 60 sec cd predator activation + 20 sec youmuu's activation when you take ingenious hunter. Overall pretty good to further enhance your ability to roam after laning phase as it'll allow you to spam your abilities. With that being said, Ionian Boots is definitely pretty good with this build as it'll give you +10% CDR which means 35% CDR with 2 lethality items (which is your core) and the extra 5 from cosmic insight. Ionian also provides 10% cdr on your summoner spells and combined with cosmic insight, your TP & Flash's CD will be significantly lower.

So I don't think it's as troll as you think.
