Protesters are pulling down statues of Washington and Jefferson, and I'd wager they've gone after Franklin and the Adams'es too. If they haven't yet, they will soon. They were all founders. The protesters don't want to reform the US, they want an entirely new nation. Just look at the flag burning in Austin, TX. I won't argue that there aren't issues that need to change in our country or that it's perfect here, but toppling statues, burning down historic courthouses, and destroying history needs to end. This is on par with ISIS destroying the Library of Mosul, or the Taliban who demolished Buddha statues in Afghanistan. If you think I'm exaggerating, just wait until election season comes around and I bet we'll start seeing that sort of thing demolished. I'm lookin' at you, Mount Rushmore.
